Graduate and Postdoctoral Fellowship in Systems Biology, Bioinformatics and Cell Modeling

Gene expression and proteomics data are being integrated with bioinformatics and chemical kinetics to generate predictive models of cells and apply them to solve problems in human health and biotechnology. The successful candidate is expected to have a Ph.D. in physics, math, engineering, mathematical/theoretical biology, or computer science. Experience in conducting interdisciplinary projects, high communication skills, knowledge in biochemistry/molecular biology, and modeling biological systems are prefered. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. See our presentations for more details about our research. Send resume, sample work and emails and addresses of three references to ortoleva@indiana.edu.
